Anywho, I think that weight might be an issue, but I suppose that argument would be countered by the greatly increased surviveability for the mech. I guess the only real argument I have against it is that reactive armor is the kind of thing that you put on frontline fighting vehicles, and I just dont see mechs doing that sort of thing.
