    The MCF-3 is a 212+ acre campus located in NE Texas. It features a 6,000 sqft building for shop space, an 8,000sqft interior storage facility for completed and pending parts, and a 20x20 tower assembly area with internal gantry. Office space for up to 45 persons, bungalows for long-term residents, and sleeping quarters for 20 round out the facility. Buildings are a combination of concrete industrial tilt-up and steel. The complex has a projected operational date of 01MAR2017 and a projected completion date of 01MAR2019.
