MPS is a Type C Delaware Corporation with offices and operations in California. MPS is internally owned by its employees and Board of Directors on the basis of promissory shareholder notes.
These notes are earned or granted by service to the company. The notes turn into options with a 3-year graduated vestment if the employee is present once the company reaches a ready state for an Initial Public Offering. If an employee leaves the company or is dismissed before the IPO, they forfeit their shares in the company.
MPS as a concept existed before official company operations started late in 1999. MPS celebrates its birthday as March 1st of 2000.

| Post IPO Structure |
MPS will maintain the operations title, marketing, and facilities
ownership, but will function as a directorate over the child companies
which will be established for each business unit. This allows decisive,
centralized direction for the company, with federated independence for
business units to complete objectives.
